Completed Prophecies. Now what?
So, I got my protector title for Prophecies. That is besides the point:
What is there now to do? I see that some extra quests have been added, but I was kind of wanting to know where all these extra quests are, how many? Is there a page dedicated to this? |

There is always a problem, with me, of under-completion.
I never am satisfied without fully completing something. For some people, running through all the missions without bonuses and seeing the end scene is "completion" and they are satisfied. Me, personally, I am not unless I have earned Protector. But now that I have came to learn that there is more to do after forces me (almost) to continue completing the game. For some, protector is more than enough to say you have completed the game. But for me, in the back of my mind there is more to do such as completing the FoW quests and etc. I am curious as to what you people consider as to the definition as "completion" in context to GW campaigns. |

Best armor possible. Either a 15k prestige set you like, or obsidion. The most expensive weapons on the market, either the finest greens, or really nice runics, crystallines, zodiacs, torments, etc.
Furthering their kind of a big deal title track. Beating Hard Mode. Pwning Heroes ascent and GVG. Setting up the best hall of monuments EVER. |

Completion?
Skill Hunter, Protector, Guardian, Grandmaster Cartographer, and Vanquisher. Once you get those 5 I'd call the campaign complete. Armor and Weapons don't count to completion imo, it's just a general thing you are rewarded with from all your HM work. Post No. 1000 for me! |

clear out uw/fow and get the sweet new chest that spawns when you do so, and see some pretty awesomely designed areas in the far reaches

Also, if you haven't tried Hard Mode yet, do so. If you consider protector "compleition" then shouldn't you consider the "guardian" title as compleition as well?

well, a continent completed would mean for me:
- mission + bonus in both normal and hard mode - all quests done - fully explored - fully vanquished I'm not counting FoW/UW for prophecies atm, but you could add those. |

Well, my idea is to get protector on each campaign then go back and get guardian.
By the time I come back for hard mode I will have protector and at least 60% Exp. However, I do not AT ALL like the idea of Masters on Factions. For one trying to get Protector it spoils the game having a time limit. Rather than taking your time and reading the scenes and just generally having time to think you have to rush through a mission in Factions just to get under the time. I do not agree with it what so-ever. Bonus add-ons were fine enough. So, Factions is not a campaign I am going to enjoy getting Protector on! When it comes to the definition of "Completion" - of course completion is getting EVERYTHING. I mean, Completion to a most certainly satisfactory level. A level that satisfies, that is to say. For me, Cartogropher and Protector (eventually becoming Guardian). I do feel there is a need for some form of Elite Armour. Last edited by 3246251196; Oct 23, 2007 at 12:28 PM // 12:28.. |

You will find that masters in Cantha isnt too hard once you aquire heroes. Really, the only ones that can be frustrating are the ones where you have to team up with another group.

About 60% explored after finishing the storyline is equal to exploring the whole continent again. In Tyria, that includes mission areas (in Fact/NF those are explorable). Since you are not really far exploring, my advice is to take it serious starting now. If you have to cross an area, enter it, start hugging one wall till you get to the other side. Same for quests inside an area. This may take longer now, but saves you a lot of trouble and time when you are at 85% and find out the spots are shattered all over the place. |

My friend said after completing Prophecies (non-protector) he got a green sword and a green shield. Is it different for Ranger?

That would be a new one for me. I completed profs with my Warrior and didnt get any greens (apart from the random drops that is). Not sure if the lich or Ruric drops a green, but other than that there are on greens to be found at completion.

Factions, Nightfall and GW:EN offer end game rewards which is 1 green item of your choice. Prophecies doesn't have that.

However, you do get a selection of end-game greens when a character first completes Factions, Nightfall or Eye of the North. You are given a token of some description which you can then trade for a green item of your choice (and there are a selection of greens for every profession). |

Ahh, yes, maybe he meant Factions then. So when I complete factions I have the option to get a Green weapon (bow, for instance), with these token(s).
